Hello Dynamics community. It's Marianna here. I am doing another vehicle video. For those that are new to it It's I'm in a vehicle waiting for someone and making the best use of my time. Best use of my time right now is to talk about What I just heard, because we were just at the gym and I was listening to like a podcast style, because even though I do podcasts, i think it's important to listen to other podcasts. New perspectives are always like, so good and they just said you know, just a reminder is What is your self-talk?
Speaker 1:and I know we've talked about that quite a bit on Dynamic series or dynamic show or kid dynamics, especially for the kids like how is your self-talk? How is it? Are you bullying yourself? Are you being kind to yourself? Are you oh, it's gonna be okay talk like, are you mean to yourself? like, think of all those things that when you think about Your friends and or how you would want to be treated, are you treating yourself that way? I know we've done either blogger podcast on that about. It's the natural law of attraction. So what you put out, you will get back What you're thinking about yourself, what you're, you know, talking about yourself or talking to about yourself, how you talk to yourself. Like, do you say you know, do wake up every morning, go, this is gonna be a great day and I'm grateful and I love myself? Do you go to the mirror and do mirror exercises and actually look at yourself? I know in a kid dynamics program That's one of the parts of it is there's a mirror exercise with it. The young kids go to the full-length mirror and they look at themselves And then they do like annoying affirmation or they do say something kind to themselves or they do whatever It's like. Start them young. So parents, guardians if you have a kid grandparents, whoever parents like, just start the kid young in looking in the mirror and teaching them to Honor and love themselves.
Speaker 1:And I know, as I start doing more videos with kid dynamics as well, then I will be talking about this more in length. How do you have self talk to yourself? How do you do that? like, what do you say? Do you beat yourself up? Do you, like I said, do you bully yourself? Do you not talk nice to yourself? if you make a mistake, if you do something, what you perceive is wrong, you know? how are you talking to yourself? That means that is. That's a huge thing and, further to that, what comes up is Sometimes, how you talk to yourself is how you've been talked to.
Speaker 1:So, whether that is from a parent or guardian, whether that's from Teacher, whether that's from a coach, whether that's from whatever, a lot of times How you talk to yourself is how you have been talked to. Make sure that you're talking to other people with respect, including if you have kids or siblings or friends, family, because the way you talk to them, you never know what anyone is going through. You don't know what their story is. It doesn't matter what their age is. They have their own mental process, emotional process, spiritual process going on, and so you just you don't always know What they're going through. So you know if it says.
Speaker 1:If my mom and dad always said you know, if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all. I mean, i think it's a good reminder for us all. The self-talk you say to yourself, if you want to feel good, should be things like hey, i got this, let's make this a great day, let's have fun today. I know that I will put my best foot forward and everything will always be working out for me. Everything is well, well being abounds. I am part of that wellness. I am so unique I am. Well, you know what. I stopped for a second because I was going to go off on a rampage.
Speaker 1:But you understand, if it's self-talk that feels good, then obviously it'll make you feel good, even if, like, part of our knowing affirmations is like, even if I'm allowing this to unfold today, you know I'm open to this, i be this, you know, i know this, sometimes I am statements just don't feel good. If it doesn't feel good, there's not a really good use to it. You know it's those things that you want to really reflect in your self-talk but you don't want to. You can act as if, but you don't also want to lie to yourself where you're just like, why am I even doing this? Does it makes no good sense that way to us.
Speaker 1:Anyway, know that you're truly unique, that you're loved, that you're one of a kind, that you know your gift of being you to this world helps so many people, so many people you don't even know that it helps and supports And it's all for humanity, it's all for, like, we have our EEE principle, empower, in which expand to me that sort of wraps up a lot of it. Okay, that's it for now Our vehicle video community, our dynamics, community and family, even though we've changed it a little bit just to call it community, because some people are not as fond with the word family as they are with community, and to meet and see and hear each other again make it a dynamic day, and thanks for listening.
