Hello everyone, I'm Marianna, creator of the Day-namic show and your guide to remind you to align with your own dynamic well-being every day. What does that mean? Join us and find out. Today we're focusing on our unscripted and unpredictable off-the-cuff recording on a subject of two words that I find are powerful. What it will do for you is just to help you realize that there's, like, no one-size-fits-all dynamic path. Like do what serves you, size fits all dynamic path. Like do what serves you.

Speaker 1:

I like to set the tone for our time together, even on these off the cuff, because I find that we want you to commit to listening to the show with an open heart and mind. And if you don't know what the definition of dynamic of a person is, words such as sense of purpose, powerful, spirited, open-minded and always becoming covers some of the definition of dynamic. So let's go, let's consciously breathe in and breathe out. I always like to start the show with why I picked a certain topic and, as I said before and if you've listened to any of our off the cuff, it's sort of unscripted and sort of unpredictable. I have a sense of what I'm going to talk about as a subject and I just let it flow naturally, and very unpredictable sometimes, because I just let the guidance that I'm getting and the thoughts and the feelings come forward through my voice. Come forward through my voice. But why I picked this topic of these two words and the importance of them in my life is that it really does transform my mindset, like I'm taking NLP right now with the course neuro linguistic programming and how we can reframe a lot of what we say and do. So it's more towards what you want instead of what is or or what has happened, and it's more like in the moment and just reframing those words for it to be more aligned to your dynamic well-being, and so I picked the topic because I think that's important. It's what this dynamic show stands for. It is about aligning with your dynamic well-being every day. So let's go.

Speaker 1:

Here's a question to our listeners first, that we always put out there, though, and that is like have you or do you or what are your go-to words when it is something about transforming or aligning your mindset or helping you move forward in something Like what words hold the key to unlocking this for you? There can be many, there's many out there. You just have to again decide what serves you the best. So these two words are since I. They can really unlock the true potential, aligning with your authentic self, and by using these words and pairing them with empowering affirmations, you can really consciously choose to reaffirm your inner strength, overcoming challenges and manifesting your dreams and desires. You can even vary these words by adding another word to it, but it still starts with since I. So since I choose to, since I allow myself, since I open up to since I, anything as long as it's staying affirmative and moving forward to what you want, instead of again what is or what has happened and what you're bringing forward to the now from the past. Now from the past. So let's just explore it a little bit and let's talk about it a little bit and how you can turn any situation around, because we really want to live that authentic, dynamic life all the time and align with your well-being every day, like that feels good. So let's do that.

Speaker 1:

Let's look at the words since I. So what you say after since I is a definition of what you feel yourself to be at any given moment. So since I am anything that I say I am. We actually wrote a song on this for the kids and their kid dynamics, because we felt like it's just so important to continue to remind them they haven't really forgotten, but to remind them along the way, of how important the self-talk is to themselves, regardless of what's happening around them. How they talk to themselves is an internal thing, and it's equally important for kids and, well, anyone of any age. So, when you look at this, since I am anything I say I am, what are you saying about yourself? How are you defining yourself? How are you breaking free from any limited beliefs that you might have? We did a great blog on this, and so I am just going to refer to some of the statements that we put in here. One is like, since I am anything I say I am, which we've talked about already, but that really embraces your uniqueness. Acknowledge your strength and use your positive self-talk to overcome any self-doubt. So when you're saying like I am confident, I can overcome any obstacle, that's better than saying like I can't do it or I've tried this and it's not going to work, but you know, since I am whatever I can, whatever you know. So it just gives you again that change of verbiage words matter, but it's what you mean that matters more, and we just did another blog and a post on that and I'm sure we'll do a podcast on it as well. But it is about like as well. But it is about like.

Speaker 1:

Words are just lip service sometimes and the universe hears everything, but it hears what you really mean behind everything. So pick those words after you've done, if needed, a little bit of work on them, just to go. Hey, since I am unsure right at this moment, you can change it around, to go, since I know I have the capacity to do something, or learn how to do this, or change my mind around this, or change my words around this, then I can do anything. I say I can, and that again, part of the Kid Dynamics song is since I can do anything, I say I can. You know it's just believing in your capacities and watching your potential soar. You know I can do anything. I say I can because it is your belief around it, you can do anything that you say you can, but are you wanting to? Are you willing to Do? You want to? You know that's the whole thing. It's just like again.

Speaker 1:

Otherwise it's just words and it's just lip service. So just be clear about what it is that you are saying and meaning. Universe needs clarity Because, again, it will always do things, that it will always focus on what you really mean, the feeling behind any of the words, not just a lip service that you give it. Another thing in our blog that we just talked about that I'm remembering is you know, since I can be, anything I want. So the thing is is like, since I am, since I can do, since I can be, since I will align with, since I will allow, since I'm open to, there are all these things that sometimes you just don't want to am. You know, after what, the words that you use, after that is very defining to you and sometimes can be either huge a growth and empowerment or it can be huge limitation to your well-being.

Speaker 1:

So, again, about any subject, you can use this, use these words like since I allow what feels right to me, I welcome abundance and joy in my life. Since I allow what feels right, I attract fulfilling experiences. You know, you can put anything that you are choosing to do behind these words and since I these two words, it really, like I said, empowers, enriches and expands your experiences. It's part of our EEE principle. It all is wrapped into one and many great masters, or what we would call people that we look up to because of where they are in their life right now, whether it's a mentor or teacher, whether it's a parent, whether it's whatever it is. Whoever it is that you look up to have probably used these words or something similar to them.

Speaker 1:

So, since I, it's a very individualized thing and it's a very like it starts from within. So it can't be like oh, since this person does this, then I can. No, you have to believe it. You're looking towards them for their examples, but at the end of the day, you still have to choose what's right for you. So I just invite you to go ahead and use either the words since I, or use a couple words that are easy to remember, the ones that work for you, that you really believe in.

Speaker 1:

And if you can't start with a I am statement or since I am, then we've shared a few, all wrapped up into one with the Dynatools and all that stuff, with things that you can do. And I invite you to go back to the blog dynamicseriescom slash blogs from our website and look that one up, because I think that's again, it's all about wanting to align with your own dynamic well-being every day, it's an everyday thing, and I think giving you these tools because it's examples that I've used in my life I don't share anything that I haven't used myself in my own life that can actually help. And if you're not sure exactly what it is that you do want around, something you can always say, since I am open to what is for my highest good, show me. I mean, that's another one too, like I've had many conversations with many of my empowered dear friends, you know, since I show me what's next, and keeping in mind you're not looking at the lack side of that, you're actually looking at the excitement and moving forward. And what is it that you want now? Find your balance, do what serves you. You'll hear that a lot in our podcast because really, like I said, it's an inside job and you can learn from others, but you always have to figure out what works for you. I'll give you a quick example.

Speaker 1:

I was looking at these stuff on websites and social media and stuff and they're like, okay, this is about food here. And it's like, okay, well, the food guide says you know, you should have this many vegetables, this many fruits, this many, this, that much, this, whatever, this many, this, that much, this, whatever. And then I found, as I was growing up, that eating what they said, you know, or grains or this or that, it just didn't work with my body. Like it just didn't Some of those foods not all of them, of course, but some of the things just didn't work with my body. So then I found Eat For my Blood type, so that was a little bit more clearer for me as to what it is that worked with my body. But even still, then I still my body is an individualized expression of source, and so I had to do testing, you know.

Speaker 1:

And here's the thing about like allergy tests or food tests or this, and that, like that can change. Like question to our listeners and checking in with you is that have you ever just, have you ever just ate a food and then all of a sudden you couldn't eat it anymore, or you were allergic to it, or you're just turned off by it, and so then what I mean? It's okay because you're, as you change, your energy changes, your body changes, then things will change for you and it's okay. So when I'm talking about the food, I had to like, check on the food. That was right for me because, even even though it works well with other people's body, that does not mean it works well for me, and so that is the statement I used to start.

Speaker 1:

All that in this story was since I want to be in tune with my body more and what is best for it on its highest level, what foods will work for me, and so that was my intention around getting clearer about what works, and then you know, you just have to use your guide, guidance that you get to your thoughts, your feelings. You know, and sometimes it's just like go eat this, and so I do, because I might need it. It might be not something that I usually eat, but when I'm not so regimented into, it has to look a certain way because someone else has told me it. Then, in really following, like I said, that guidance and that instinct, that intuition that you get around, what foods serve you, and it certainly will take some time, but since I was open to all of that, since I was allowing this experience, it really did help. So that's the way I use the, since I or show me or what's next, or what serves me best.

Speaker 1:

You know, though, again, pick those words or pick that phrase that really does help you in shifting a situation, in moving forward to what it is that you want. So remember your thoughts and beliefs, your feelings. They shape your reality, they shape your perspective and so, again, use those things that are making you feel good, making you find your balance and align with your own dynamic well-being every day.
