Hello and welcome to the Dynamics Show. I'm Marianna, your host and guide, here to help you reconnect with the life you were meant to live, one that's vibrant and satisfying and lined with your well-being. So today we're doing an off-the-cuff recording to explore the subject of what if life is working for you and for us instead of against us or to us. This has been a subject that has come up so much with all the changes that's happening right now in the world, and that someone actually more than one person asked me to just talk about it from my view, is I will always talk about it from a general perspective and not necessarily a specific perspective, unless I have an example to give you. So that's where I'm coming from with this off the cuff. Does it cover any of our specific dynamics? Absolutely, it probably covers all of them, because what's happening throughout our world it being 2025, is there's lots of changes. With change there comes discomfort, because sometimes people aren't always comfortable with that, but we'll get into that more in just a few minutes. People aren't always comfortable with that, but we'll get into that more in just a few minutes. So in our podcast, before we get into it, I always like to set the tone for our time together, because this is more than just a podcast. We know what we focus on expands, so let's take a moment to center ourselves, be fully present and listen with an open heart and mind. So, to start, let me ask you this, given the title I don't know that I gave you the title because I don't know the title right now, but what I do know is that it is going to be how we're looking at life and the life changes. Can you relate to this? Can you relate that sometimes you feel that life is working for us and other times that it's not or seems like it's not? Because the reason why I wanted to do this is this specific podcast is because I always feel like we don't know what's fully going on except for well, even universally, going on, but the only thing that we can control is us ourselves. Agree, disagree. My perspective that.

Speaker 1:

But our attitude of how we look at things does change the way that things will unfold, and that's why it's so important when I do the, the morning routine and the evening routine is that I'm setting my intentions, I'm setting my energy, I'm prepaving my what I want things to be, and then I also say or better, because what I'm learning along the way, doing a lot of researching and listening to different teachers along the way is that it's like sometimes our physical mind can't always fully grasp on the how to do things, but our universal mind, higher mind, source, energy, mind, vortex, mind, universal well-being, knows what we want, knows what the flow is and will always be directing us that way and that, with that in mind, I always feel a little bit more like, yeah, the universe has got my back, my back and sometimes and you can probably relate to this maybe sometimes, when we put out an intention for something, sometimes so good feelings of things that unfold as an opportunity and an option to really balance out some stuff, and a lot of that stuff could be your perspective, your point of view, your beliefs, your thoughts, your ideas, your energy, and that it seems like there is like a bit of for a specific word, in this case like a little bit of contrast and chaos that happens. So you choose something, contrast and chaos happens. It goes into the unknown, don't know what's happening, but it's not feeling good and all of this stuff needs to unravel so it can be reclarified and that at the end, when this all done because you, being conscious and if you're not, you will be now and aware that this is happening that you will know what is happening You'll know, okay, this is all unfolding now. This is an opportunity for me here. This is for me to get clear about this. This is all happening for me. When it may seem to others that aren't aware or unconscious about what's happening, that they can go into the poor me or the unempowered energy of it's happening to me, to understand the difference. And then, when you come out the other end, it's so much better than you thought it was going to be because, again, like I said earlier, I tend to always say or the highest best, the highest good, or the universal best for me, at this time when I'm putting out an intention or an energy or a request to the universe, whether it's a prayer or a statement or just an idea, whatever it might be, I always put something at the end Because if in fact, that's true, that my physical mind cannot understand the how-tos and what needs to happen, it can only deal with what is happening in the the moment.

Speaker 1:

The physical mind and brain, whether it's true or not but I'm exploring this option but then the higher mind and the universal mind and the, the vortex mind and and that bigger part of who I am, which is also my inner guidance and my inner being, knows what is best for me and is continually pushing me towards that way. You have to go through a little bit of bumpy roads before you get on the smooth road again. That if I know that it's always working out for me, it's always working out for me. This is always working out for me, always working out for me. It's always working out for me. This is always working out for me Even in the middle of some of this chaos and contrast, as long as I'm keeping my intention and I'm allowing things to unfold the way I want them to, to the degree that I'm allowing it to happen. So there's always this duality, sometimes like you can't ask for, oh, I want a brand new car, and then all of a sudden go, oh, but it's too expensive. That's a plus and a minus, and then it neutralizes.

Speaker 1:

So, with all these changes going on in the world, with a check-in to our audience, is it do you feel that life is working for us, that all this rearranging and changing and things as we knew it is no longer, and and things may or may not get better in certain subjects but that the one thing that you can control is that you find your peace. I find my peace, I find my alignment with who I am and what I prefer and we've said it in different podcasts before and that is that no one has control of our thoughts and our ideas and our ultimate choices. For us, they can influence it in many different degrees and many different ways, but at the end of the day, no one else has your DNA, no one else has your blood. No one else has, I mean, unless you're sharing it, of course or or your unique gift that you are and that even your fingerprints. You have to just understand just how special and unique you are, and so no one can have that control over you unless you allow it. And if they're, if they person places things have, that's okay, because all it's saying is and if it doesn't feel good, then all it's saying is time to do a re-clarification, a re-definition.

Speaker 1:

What do I want instead? Preference around this. So, if your attitude and being open to new ideas which is what dynamic is being about, and because we're always becoming something how about becoming? Life is always for me and things are always working out for me and yes, it may not look like it right in the second, every second, but overall, the big picture, it is working out for me. How about that? Now I know I'll get some messages Well, what about this? What about that? That's not working out for me, that's not what I wanted. Okay, then I would say sorry, it's not working out for you, but what is working out for you around it might not be exactly what you wanted, but you also have to understand that you can't control others. You can't control others life path either, and some really sad things happen sometimes and some really uncomfortable things happen sometimes and some really uncomfortable things happen sometimes and some really unknown things happen, and it's, what do you do with all of that you know where can you go with that, where can you find that peace? And then asking the questions like how is this affecting my, my health and my wealth and my relationships and my gratitude and my well-being and my emotions and my beliefs, like all of the different dynamics that were sort of the fundamental dynamics that we're focusing on. Asking yourself those questions, okay, so that being some of the next steps and writing them down and getting them out of your head and just looking at some of your beliefs around all of this, or the beliefs around the situation that's happening and going Okay, can I control this? No, can I control myself? Yes, I can. Okay, can I control this? No, can I control myself? Yes, I can.
